Do you think we should have "sound seeking" missles attached to our cars that auto-launch on loud car stereos?

    I don't care about the noise (even though I think it's tacky and a turn-off).

    But I certainly wouldn't complain about being able to launch a huge pile o' bird dung at people who are driving around with their heads up their bums (blinker on for two miles, taking up two lanes, not going when the light is green, etc.)
