What do you think about these US players?

Ching and hejduk are not going because they are both injured. Otherwise they probably would be going. I like most of the players in our current squad. But for the past 2 years, Beasley has been absolutely useless. He needs to be off of the team.

The Confed cup should be some good big league experience for our boys. All I ask is that they play hard to the last minute! GO USA!!!!!!

Brad Guzan, Bocanegra, Spector, Adu, Beasley, Altidore, Dempsey and Donovan are the heart of the team the others are very normal players

Overall....pretty good selections. Brian Ching and Frankie Hejduk are dealing with injuries, otherwise I'm sure they would have been included, as well as Cherundolo and Maurice Edu. As for the forwards, I will never understand why Brian McBride retired from international play so early. He certainly could contribute to this team.

I'm surprised that Brian Ching and Frankie Hedjuk were not included in the squad. Both players who I thought were key role players for USA.

It looks like a fairly solid team. I don't think the forwards are terrible. I like Donovan... and I think that Altidore has enormous potential. I think he's going to develop into a legend.

bar Tim Howard and Clint Dempsey, the rest couldnt hack it in the french ligue 1, let alone the top premier league in England. Although Jon Spector does make a few appearances here and there

DeMarcus Beasley could maybe play for a s*** lower league english side but the rest are appaling

the only 2 players that should be added are kenny coop and brian mcbride

Is an alright squad, i hope they do good on the confederations cup!

Overrall I think it's a pretty good squad.

Our forward doesn't really look that bad. Well, just gotta hope we do good in Confederations Cup and represent CONCACAF good.
