Can a bad fuse in your car cause the AC blower to stop blowing air?

Cold air can be felt, but it's not being directed out, into the cabin of the Jeep. Could this be caused by a bad fuse?

    Yes it could.The blower switch could be faulty too.

    Check the fuse that supplies power to the ac/heater fan.Locate it using the owners manual. If this is blown replace it. If it blows again, you may have a faulty ac/heater fan

    yes the fan has stopped ,the air is just flowing in over the engine as you driving have ac unit checked also and the thermostat for the hot air
