Apple releases new iphone 3g S, right after I bought old one?

The exact same thing happened to me! I bought my iPhone 3g last month and i asked the guy a at&t if they were gonna release a new iPhone any time soon and he said no! So im gonna go to at&t tomorrow and ask if theres a discount for iPhone 3g owners.

Don't know but man that sucks and now the iphone 3g is just 99 dollars i was going to get my iphone 3g this weekend but iam just going to wait for the new one

just return but if you got the warranty or something, just return they'll take it. and like the other guy said i have noticed that iPods come in september like the nano and iPhones come in June lucky me :)

Nah Doubt It...Besides your not really missing that much, as far as features they only added a few stuff, 3.0 Camera, still no flash!!!! Video Cam, video mail, but come on who really video mail on the daily basis you think that would come out clear at night time... you can have a Video Cam from Cycorder on old version iphone.... you didn't waste your money...you basically got the same phone only the new one got more gig to offer....

um apple always comes out with new phones in june and new ipods in september. you should have seen this coming. a quick google search tells ya this. hope you can get a new phone though.

call them they r going to upgrade mine to the new 3g S. good luck
