how do i add the artist name when the artist name doesn't appear on my ipod? like the songs are already synched into but the artist name always appears as unknown artist. so how do i manually add the names?

You need to go into iTunes.When in iTunes click on the artist box of the song you want to change the artist of (you may need to click a few times).When a box appears it will have the little line/cursor thingy in it, so you can just type in the artists name

You have to go to that song double click under the artist tab and it will let you type anything you want under there like what you want the artist name.
