Do u think its fair to judge people just because they are gay or not?

It isn't fair to judge anybody by something they cannot control.

Do your friends hate Africans because they are black? Mexicans because they are Latino? Do they amputees? People with dwarfism? People with blue eyes? Brown eyes? Short bodies? Tall bodies?

Being gay is not something that you can control, and not everybody in this country goes by the Bible. And, when it comes to the Bible, most people forget that there are only a few verses in the Bible that can be construed to be anti-homosexual, but many, many more that preach love towards everybody and treating people as you want to be treated. Judging is also a sin, but most people forget that.

It's a very sad world that we live in, when people will hate others simply because of something they can't control. Can you or your friends "control" the fact that you are attracted to guys? No. Just like I can't control the fact that I'm attracted to women. I can't just wake up one day and say, "Oh boy! Life would be so much easier if I were straight, why haven't I been?" I'm attracted to other girls because that's who I am.

It's nice to know that you are different than your friends and don't think that judging people on their sexuality is a good idea. Your friends probably know that judging people on their race or appearance is wrong, so why do they feel it's okay to judge people on their sexuality?

Judging is not okay, and all it does is make this world a way worse place than it otherwise could be.

For starters, the bible doesn't condemn homosexuality.. it condemns adultery, lust and such things.. That bible has been changed so much and it has so many versions that its meaning isn't any clear any more.. Suddenly after a couple of versions the word homosexuality appears in it.. Though for those christians who are obsessed with it, you could simply remind them that judging others is a sin.. The bible says so.. The only one who will judge is God on judgment day.. That will get them angry of course, but it is what the bible says and it hasn't shifted yet..

On another matter.. Of course it's wrong to judge someone based on their sexuality.. That is why if an employer fires an employee because of their sexuality, the employee can sue them and win too.. It's like judging someone cuz they have blue eyes or they are left handed.. Those are not decisions, same is homosexuality.. It is not a decision.. It's a natural attraction.. Does a heterosexual find himself in front of a decision ( at puberty or even younger ) to make, to either be gay or be straight? I don't think so..

I totally think it is SO unfair to discriminate against someone based on their sexual orientation. If someone is gay, that doesn't make them a bad person. You should treat people with kindness and respect, don't be mean to someone because of something they usually can't control, for ex, who they are attracted to. I also love american idol, and pretty much became a little obsessed with Adam Lambert. I hoped he wasn't gay, but not because I thought that would make him a bad person.. because I wanted him to be straight so I could eventually marry him! hahaha. But now that I know he's gay I don't like him any less and I think it is really stupid to stop liking someone just for being gay.

of course not! that is ridiculous and stupid of those people. i personally don't like adam as a singer, but i am sure he is a great guy and i think people should be proud that he came out and had the guts to do so.

see its both like in i kissed a girl she wasn't acting gay cuz the guy from gym class hero's and her were going out but everyone knew adam was gay cuz the media

Just because a person is gay, doesn't mean you shouldn't be friends with them.

Personally Gays gross me out, But as you said it's there life not ours. Let them live it. I don't however support gay marriage for the simple fact its in the bible. But god also doesn't hate anyone so why should we? But if they keep to themselves let them be them.
