Any tips for surviving the zombie apocalypse?
First off, i'm a hardcore Romero fan. I was into the zombies since I was 6, and i'm now 18, so know that I didn't get into the whole thing because of Left 4 Dead like all the new fanboys. I take my zombie apocalypse threat seriously. Lol. So any tips for surving the Zombie apocalypse? Anything you personally have considered or thought about?
The 'I am Legend' monsters were vampires, buddy. Watch the Last Man On Earth.. because I Am Legend and LMoE are based on the same book.
SO good to see someone who shares my passion!! Thanks guys!
Yes i've read the Zombie Survival Guide. I want things you may have personally come up with.

underground shelter filled with food
buy water bottles and freeze them but keep them stored from a couple months before. (in case the zombies are created from an infection from the water.)
Mines around your turf.
Set up barbed wire fences.
Have guard dogs
Buy shot guns and cases of ammo.
Buy medicine for most things.
Have a radio
have toilet
have toilet paper
have a helmet on
put on cloths that are hard to rip
dont leave empty sapes on your body that isnt protected.
Make friends with a doctor and a soldier.
You can Find all this at Costco.

Watch surviving zombie apocalypse on the science. Offers a lot of good ideas. 1. A bunker or place that makes it difficult for the zombies to get to you. 2. Anything that you use. 3. Speed. Zombies are slow so speed is your advantage. Try to get a zombie one on one. Zombies are only strong when they're in a group. 4. Yes.

First, pray that the zombies are the slow kind from the first movie and not the running, wall climbing ones from the remakes.
If you've read the guide, you should be set. Remember the basics: Find a safe place, stock up on weapons and guns, and go from there. You can either stay in your fortress and only leave for supplies, or you can actively look for survivors and kill zombies.

Left 4 Dead is a fun game cant wait for the sequel to come out, anyways I would have a steel barricade underground with traps around my property in case "zombies" got into them I would then get all my guns ready and have some holes that lead out to the surface (barricade probably be a bomb shelter for me) so I can throw grenades out. Thats probably my best bet.
I also hope that the zombies wont be like f***ing I Am Legend those guys were hell a fast. xD

Guns, obviously. A big truck like Dead Reckoning would hella cool. And most importantly, stay with a group of people where a least one person runs slower than you, during a chase, that one person will get eaten and the zombies will stop to feast on said person giving you a bit of time to escape. And don't forget, lots of bullets and aim for the head.

I think about it often too. I'd have a good dog, a cute chick, a Mossberg, some grenades and a quick vehicle.
