As cool as that would be, it hasn't happened yet.
While there are many games that allow the DS to communicate with the Wii, there is no real way to play a DS game right on the Wii.
Obviously, you can use the Wii remote as the stylus, but the complication comes from trying to fit both of the DS's screens onto one TV screen while continuing to allow productive use of the Wii "stylus." Because of the inaccuracy of the Wii remote compared to the stylus, it would be hard to keep the Wii pointer on only the bottom screen.
Also, the DS has much more buttons than the Wii remote has. While this can be fixed with a classic or Gamecube controller, what about games that require the use of both buttons and the touch screen?
If Nintendo were to make a device that allowed DS games to be run on the Wii, then it would be only able to play games with only one control method, thus leaving out a good portion of games. This would make the device "uncomplete" and leave many people upset. In the long term... probably not profitable for Nintendo.

No because DS Games are way too small to fit in a Wii
