Did a MMA fighter just recently pass away?

I heard this from a friend that a MMA fighter died recently, is this true? I have heard nothing about any fighter who died. Thanks!

    (Mask) Lewis from Tapout crew, car wreck?.....I've heard he was doing something stupid like some drag racing type game, but only remember hearing that it involved his car.

    Unrelated?....Maybe you got some confused info. and you are thinking of David Carradine dying in Thailand....?

    Evan Tanner passed away but that has been almost a year ago. That is the most recent big name fighter i have heard of. Maybe he was talking about Mask from Tapout?
