Where can I get that top/dress?
I was just flicking through the tv channels at about 5 and i went onto ITV i think it was and there was a show on called divided and there was this student with this amazing top/dress on. It was plain black and had a white lace design on the front giving it a kind of vintage look.
If anybody knows where I could get it from or know of anything similar that would be great.

You should try forever21 or even wetseal you need to go to a store that has a lot of dresses or maybe even the person got it specialy made.
