What are some ways to use and store my spring onion tops?

Update:

I was looking for ways to dry them and hopefully store them like chives?

Update 2:

When we pick the onions, we most always eat them then, except we have alot of the green stalk tops left. I have chopped them up but would like a way to dry them (just the green tops) and store them for the future. If I put them straight to the freezer, yes thawed they are wilted! Is their a better way b/c they add great flavor to any recipe!

Gee... some people don't know how to read...

Anyway, you might want to try using a food dehydrator. I don't know how much you have, but when I grew garlic, I used them for everything from putting on potatoes, to salads, to finish soups (put on just before serving), grilled and put on steaks, or burgers, or mixed with other grilled veggies.

Do you mean to store in refrigerator for use in preparing meals? They are not for planting unless they have bottoms and root base. You can chop and freeze in ice cube trays, then pop those cubes into freezer bag. Or you can freeze in a freezer bag but they'll be wilted when thawed.

If you want to store your onions, pull them out of the ground and let them dry in the sun for two days—with the tops of one row of bulbs laid over the bulbs of another to prevent sunscald.
