cod waw, someone please help?
I bought cod last year and I completed the single player. I was replaying it on a harder level when it just shut down. Ever since then I can't play anymore. When I try, a black screen appears then disappears and I can't start up the game.
I'm pretty sure it's not my pc because I did play it through and the graphics were real good, etc.
Please help me.
System specs: graphics card Radeon 4870, 4 GB Ram, Processor: intel core 2 quad. not sure what else you need.

wel your system spec are fine you should have no problem playing it ?
could be a glitch or couldbe a firewall blocking call of duty from accesing the internet thus making the game close
i would try disabling firewalls and whatnot then try
if still no luck copy yoursave data and reinstall the game and put your save back on :)
if you dont want to do this could always get in touch with wherever you bought it from and reportit as a faulty game ?

It is probably a faulty game, many people have suffered from COD WAW on the computer or on game consoles, probably need to replace it or if that doesnt work try uninstall and re install

Make sure you're audio output is set to 24 bit 48000 Hz, I had the same problem and this solved it for me. However it might not be the case.
