I used an asiago cheese bagel from Panera and took it back to work when I worked at Quaker Steak Lube. For my break I took grilled chicken tenders and dipped them in a hot ranch sauce (arizona ranch), topped it with mozzarella and broiled it to melt. Then added shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, dipped in some sour cream, it was great.
