i need a goal, with a certain amount of days i usually give up.

Do bicycles, sit ups, run, pushups, leg lifts while on your back. Try everything. You get it with hard work and dedication.

you want abs? easy. Take a flight of stairs and run up and down 10-15 times everyday. Then right afterwards (don't even pause, and ESPECIALLY not for a drink because you will get God awful cramps) do ten sit ups with your feet on the floor, ten with you legs straight up in the air so your body looks like an 'L' and then ten with your feet off the floor so that your knees are at your eyelevel when you situp. THEN, lay down try and get your breth back for a sec, and then lift both feet up a little bit in the air (keep them as close to the floor as you can) and hold that position for as long as you can. And THAT will get you abs. With this workout, it will probably take you less than a week to get abs.
