developmental psychology? animal psych? vet?
okay so i have a little bit of an idea what i want to do. I really like psychology and i was thinking about going for developmental psychology but first of all i have no idea where to even start for that.. im planning on going to community college of beaver county either online or actually going.. that was my first choice.. then i realized i want to do something with animals i was thinking maybe a vet but idk where to start with that like what is the major called at my school? but then i kept thinking and came up with being some type of animal psychologist but i have no idea what kind of jobs any of my choices has to offer.. im mainly thinking about being a vet right now or a vet psych and ahh! i need alot of help i want to go in the fall and i have been doing so much research and getting no where.. this is my last option.. please! thank you so much for reading my mess of a question!

There is animal psychology, but a lot of them perform experiments you probably don't want to know about. and many of them have to sacrifice the animals after the experiment.
Check into things like the
Yerkes primate center
and being a trainer/raiser at a zoo.
If there is a zoo near you, you could start volunteering now, and getting an idea what you like and what you don't like.
to be a vet, you usually major in biology or animal physiology as an undergraduate, and then move into vet school.
you could also start being a volunteer for a vet now.
