Cargo el Age III en mi compu pero no aparecen los personajes ?

ni algunos detalles más, mi pc cumple con los requisitos que pide el juego, (eso creo), pero no se como solucionarlo. 5 estrellas, 10 puntos.

    reinstala el juego y si lo bajastes del internet revisalo bien por que aveses no estan completos
