Both would be "enjoyable". They are great reads and provide a rather large amount of information that can be understood easily even by a layman. Guns Germs and Steel would probably be the better choice simply because it is more diverse and less detailed in terms of the topics covered. I would recommend reading the other as well if you do get a chance. Cheers
