Franklin will win:
He is training with Anderson Silva who knows W. Silvas weaknesses.
W Silva has lost 4 of 5 with his only victory coming over Keith Jardine. Silva better win or may find himself in forced retirement ala Chuck Liddel whom by the way Silva lost to.

I cant really guess who would win but Wanderlei definitely needs this win more. Rich Franklin can handle a 4th loss in the UFC. Wanderleis 2 - 4 in the UFC. If he loses one more, he will be in serious trouble of getting released.
