I think I tore my vaginal wall?

well um lets just say i had a foreign object in there and after it started bleeding. Its not time for my period i dont think. And also once i thought i tore it i put a tampon in and there was only a little bit of blood... it doesnt really hurt or anything.. Also After the tampon i douched. lol it wasnt all bloody or anything so i think the blood is pretty much done with. What do you think is wrong???!
