Steel wire abrasion should do it. There's the rotary attachment which goes into a power drill or a plain steel wire brush with a handle for manual use. Either way, this is going to take some time. It will be necessary to remove a thin layer of the concrete with the steel wire to remove all the stain.

Either that, or wear it down enough to be smooth, and then paint the whole driveway to even it out. There are garage floor paints with texture just for this purpose.

With what you described, you may want to stain your driveway: Somehow I don't think all that stuff is going to come up. Or you could replace the drive with new paving.

Or you could just keep the burn marks as an object lesson for your friends and the kids about why they should be careful with vehicles and fire.

I'm with Sparky, But I think you'll spend some time it may not be worth it. Good chance that it will crack in coming months.

Its seems there should be an insurance plan of some type that this applies to. Replacement in full I think is the easiest solution
