You could try vitamin E and my friend used Bio-Oil which helped her scars but it did take a while.
I would say also try changing your diet and getting your body to heal the scars by eating well.
Make sure you moisturise your hands at night, and apply suncream to them during the day if you are out in the sun a lot - this will help you get less wrinkles.
I also read that u can reduce a scars by mixing 3 drops of lavender essential oil with I teaspoon of a carrier oil like grape seed oil. Apply this mix to the scar in the morning and at night for about a month to help minimize its appearance. However I have never tried this.
Goodluck!

There are LOADS of scar creams that your doctor can prescribe you but in the mean time use a bit of foundation on your forehead when the rash has cleared up (the doctor can give you some creme for that too).
As for your hands, every time you wash them, dry them properly and moisturize with 'Vaseline intensive rescue soothing hand creme, hypoallergenic for very dry skin' ITs what I use and it works like magic on dry skin and keeps it soft and moisturized.

Lavender Essential Oil. A more natural approach, if you don't want to go buying twenty different types of creams. And smells better, if you like the scent.

Use a cream called Cortozone for your hands.

olive oil is a miracle worker!
Rub it into your skin every night before you go to bed... and don't worry, it won't make you break out :)
