How do you comment on answers?
I figured out how you can rate stuff and find it interesting but how do you comment on answers if you didn't write the question?

The other option is that you can click the poster's name and see if they accept email/IM and contact them that way. Because Yahoo! does not want this to be a chat board, but a knowledge based site, everyone else in the community will not see it, but only the person you are contacting.
Per Yahoo's rules, you cannot comment on answers (or the question) - you can answer it or ignore it.

Well, you can't. You can only thumb up/thumb down if you have made it to Level 2. The only thing you can do is answer the original question, but make your answer a comment about someone else's answer. But, that will probably get flagged.
