1.8 eclipse (94) engine air flow from tubing into air filter tube oil gatghering ?
that is attached to air filter tubing - ? How can i avoid this? reduce BLOW BYE FROM THE ENGINE? if too much air flow? its powerful that oil gathers into air intake chamber--can i plug that tubing that flows hot air into air intake? note: its not the PCV tubing . let me know.. thks

Sounds like excessive blow by for sure, but I don't understand how you don't think it's NOT coming through a part of the Positive Crankcase Ventilation system.
1.8 Mitsubishi SO powerful that the intake just sucks the oil out of the crankcase ventilator. NOT!
So much combustion gases slipping past the piston rings, the blow by pulses so strong,it's blowing oil right out the valve cover into the intake air box. (The PCV system is meant to handle 'normal' amounts of blow-by gases and just reroute them back to the intake rather than have emissions escape into the atmosphere untreated.)
If you 'plug the hose' the pressure from excessive blow-by will pop seals and you'll lose a lot more oil and then it will seize. (which will be okay, it needs to be rebuilt anyway. )
At the very LEAST it needs new rings, but at 15 years old and how many thousand miles/kilometers(?), It probably needs MUCH more.
