That sucks, think you may have to buy a new game because there is no way to by-pass that part of installation.

Although if you've already installed & registered check online & contact EA as they will have it somewhere on the system if you give them your user name. Only if you've registered it though.

You can only have one code per game. You can't get another one unless you buy another Sims 3.
