Enough money to be financially set for the rest of my life. I would still want to work but not having to worry would be nice.

My family.
edit: I'd just change who they are. It's not the worst but I've had to be my own moral support all these years and they don't ever help to make me feel better, try to understand me, or even get along with each other so I never really feel at home (if you want to think about it metaphorically speaking). And when you have friends that you just can't seem to be able to appreciate as much as they do you, it's just kinda sad...'cause hopefully everyone out there has someone they just can't imagine living without. But see that's just nothing I have right now. So if one thing, I'd change my family because everyone says 'you'll always have family' and to me, that's a little depressing since I will never get along with these people.

I would go back to my 18 year old self and kick my butt. I would drill it into my 18 year old self to stick with college because I would have been graduated by now instead of sad because Im not.
And maybe go to my 17 year old self and tell her to not stay out til 2am one night so she would have got her surprise graduation present (a new car) and not be in her junker for the next 5 years.

My anxieties and dysthymia rule my life. I would change that first.
I would also change my family. They're a bunch of good for nothing scumbags that don't care about anyone but themselves. My father is a jerk. He's let me down so much in my life and I can thank him for my dysthymia.
