u can download mozilla firefox from another computer and can take that from that comp in a cd or a usb(pendrive).

And u should use mozilla firefox its the best.

Check your internet explorer settings to see if there is anything unusual.

First of all, is it actually the internet explorer's fault?

Have you checked all the settings and also if your internet is even working at the moment?

There is one way, go to friends house and download Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox or Safari Set-Ups to a USB thumbdrive. Copy that Set-Up to your computer and then install and see if it works...

if it doesn't work, it has to be the internet connection or setting you accidently put on your internet settings.

if that doesn't work, i would get a computer person to fix my computer. It won't take him long and he can do it fast.

yes you can download a new browser. before you start downloading and you get the option to run or save. save the file to the desktop for easy acces and then once the download is compled click the close button and transfer the file via flash drive or any other means and than you can double click the program and go through the instal processes.
