2002 s-10 pickup , do i need a transmission?
i have a 2002 s-10 pickup, auto, 4 cylinder, 81000 miles. reverse gear went out suddenly, do i need a new transmission?

you do! but you need too go too a repitable tranny shop too be sure.when i bought my S-10, it clanged like a big dog when it was put in any gear.It turned out too be my U-joints and carrier bearing.
