Not if he's got any common sense, he won't.
The dude tried to sell out US secrets to a foreign power, he should be in Guantanamo Bay.
FYI, his country is well known for selling US made weapons to Red China, including missiles and drone aircraft. And even a whole fighter aircraft design.
If there is a war with China over Taiwan and US soldiers are killed by US designed weapons, it's guys like him whole will be to blame.
