Sundae-vey: What is an absolute MUST have when making an ice cream sundae?

for me I must have some type on nuts on it; peanuts,walnuts, almonds whatever .....you?

    besides the ice cream, there MUST be some sort of toffee chips or chocolate chips or hot fudge, or a combination of any/all of those!
