You include cleaning up after the dogs (poop). You have special rates for short or long walks (figure out your rate beforehand. Don't ask for so much that people decide not to do it). When you return the dog, you give it a little dog bone treat and tell the owner she did very well. The girl in our neighborhood let the owner set the price and I think she did pretty well financially, but this is a richer neighborhood.

Well aside from the services you offer, you should put the times that you're available, the rates you charge, and anything that makes you stand out. (i.e. just something that makes you look like the best dog walker there is...lol)

Also it wouldn't hurt to find a paper color that really pops. Like bright yellow or pink. Make sure your writing/font is big and legible. I'd go with a typed font instead of handwriting. It looks more professional and it's much easier to read.
