Fuddy Duddy Poll: Since you 've been an adult, do you find that its not as fun to go underwater anymore?

Yes, I have found that to be true.

LOL ! I took some scuba diving lessons last year and found it exhausting to get my International diving license. I quit after only 5 hours of trying. I like the World up here though. Listening to my own heavy breathing while underwater, is not as much fun !

Certainly not! You develop a lot more lung capacity, so that now I can swim much further underwater, and stay under much longer. But I must admit, almost no other adults seem to enjoy it or practise it where I swim. (Their loss.)

And there are soooo many more things that you can do ... ;-)

I don't like chlorine. Before I didn't care..but now it's gross. But I really do still love swimming.

I know what you mean though. I don't like candy anymore. I don't watch tv.

BUT you know how women go crazy when they're older and start going to male strippers? I don't think I'll ever be into that.

Yeah, and it's also not as fun to wear a bathing suit or short shorts. Heck, shorts aren't even flattering on me anymore.

Being underwater makes me feel like I am floating in water but not on top, just under it. Weird huh? I like it.

Nope, I still like going Scuba Diving when I go to Hawaii every year.

Yes. Pools give me horrible split ends
