HELP ME PLEASE I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO?

I purchased songs online on verizonwireless.com and it tells me to download their mp3 downloading thing. I can't because of my program? What do I do?

    You really should have checked to make sure it was compatible with your phone and plan first. Unfortunately there is not really anything you can do now.

    You can try contacting verizonwireless to see if they can retract the charges, or upgrade to a new phone and plan.

    why wont u use itunes or just listen online or use a damn ipod
