Why do my tail lights on my 95 Altima stay on?

My lights stay on Im not on the brake and I dont have the light switch on?

    its ofcourse a circuit problem,

    You tail lights are probably on because its direct now,when ever the car starts the lights turns on,

    its not a big deal, can be fixed in cheap

    brake light switch is bad or not in contact with the brake pedal rod
