what is tha god awful horn buzzing sound im hearing in the brazil vs usa soccer match?

The commentators mentioned it a bit ago. Apparently they are little trumpets. If you don't bring your own, you're given a free one at the entrance. I guess there have been lots of complaints about them from international broadcasters, and they're trying to get them banned for the World Cup. I just get used to it after awhile, but it was pretty annoying at first.

its that thing they get with them. It is one of these things that look like a horn and has a metal bottel and u press and it makes the sound. Almost everyone has it and its really annoying.

FIFA SHOULD BAN IT

Some guy invented hooters to create an atmosphere.I propose we sign a petition to have them banned before the World Cup.

in argentina its much louder at the stadium and i mean really loud its so loud the broadcating cameras shake because of all the noise with trumpets, drums and a lot of instruments

Yep...is the way they cheer in SA...i personaly also prefer drums and shouting...but its nice to see they are enjoying themselfs...

it sounds like there are flies buzzing around me ears. so annoying!!
