I dont think coldplay is, I dont see how mcdonalds has to be grandma friendly since i dont think its a place for grandmas. I think it would have to be more kid friendly. Like the Jonas Brothers. They sell alot but offer little as well. Should i just answer the other ones as well?

1. while oasis should really win, they would be too busy fighting each other so i guess that one goes to megadeth

I love Coldplay.

My vote goes to Tokio Hotel. Let me explain right now they are one of the "it" bands. Extremely popular, a bit generic (imo). Mainstream, many are obsessed with them. They are a play it safe type of band. Nothing really sets them apart. Or even The Jonas Brothers (I was trying to stay away from the Disney comparisons) but seriously, they are a cookie cutter boy band. McDonalds is a corporate machine along with Disney (Jonas Brothers). They are extremely popular, you really can not go anywhere without seeing one of their faces.

aha, yes, I can see where your coming from.

But I'd also say that all those Disney bands have a good shot at the title. I mean, they're all..good influency, kid (and grandparent?) friendly, and they sell in amounts that I'd rather not think about.

Hell no. Coldplay is amazing. And I mean AMAZING.

I'd say Nickelback or something. Generic, the most plain kind of rock out there. It's kinda gross and you know you shouldn't have it, but sometimes you do anyways. McDonalds is sort of the generic fast food.

I would DEFINITELY have to say Linkin Park-- because they are SO mainstream and you either love or hate them to death. There's no in between with McDonalds either-- people either like the food or think its gross
