Sims 3 game question?
i recently bought the sims 3 and i installed it. when i press the play now button a box comes up and says disc authencation error please insert the sims 3 game disc. what is this supposed to mean. the disc is inserted and the box still comes up. what do i do to fix it fast?!?!?!?

Does your Sims 3 have a Made in Mexico sticker? Maybe you should trade in the CD for a new one. Tell them how it doesn't work and the error that pops up. Plus the fact that you're dissatisfied.

maybe check the disc for scratches...take the game back to the retailer...and exchange it...could be a bad disc
