Having trouble with D drive?

Trying to update my iphone and computer stops me and says error D/; Access denied. When i try to open up to see whats wrong also says access denied. Please help me fix this.

    try going to control panel>User Accounts and Family Safety>User Accounts>Turn user account control on or off then turn it off. This may fix the access denied problem.

    try rebooting your computer
