I am looking for themes for my cell phone, does anybody know where I could find some themes or a theme maker software? My phone model is a LG CU515.

There are quite a lot of sites that offer themes for LG. I have given you a link to one I have been using so you might want to check it out.
Some sites offer paid services and some free. Both are good, it just depends on what you are looking for.
Google is great to find some good sites.
