What can I do with this small jar of gourmet brined mushrooms?

They are shitake, oyster and nameko mushrooms.

    That sounds delicious, I'd take them out of the brine and fry them in some butter than deglaze with white wine or madeira, reduce and add some heavy cream on low heat until it gets a cafe au lait color and then chop some fresh parsley into it and serve it on fresh chicken pasta or rabbit fricasee

    I would toss them in a cold salad with artichoke hearts, onion, pasta, and maybe some tomato and bell pepper. Some fresh herbs, olive oil and a splash of lemon juice or balsamic vinegar.
