how to do a tooal or full highlights (using foil)?
My sister is going to do my daughters hair and she has gotten everything for Sally's a salon place.
They didn't wont and responsability so my sister thinks she knows what she is doing but not sure
This is for my 13 year old daughters birthday
can someone help and tell me how it should be done

Ohh it's so tricky! I actually did red some red foils in my hair last night for the first time.
I was like, Oh how hard can it really be? Get a piece of hair, put a foil underneath it and paint some dye on. Wow, was I wrong. Luckily it turned out awesome, I just had to go back and add two more strips to make it more even.
But it's definitely neat to do it on your own. You'll probably get people who will tell you not to do it but it's your decision.
My biggest suggestion to you is to watch some how to videos. Youtube has a few good ones... here's a couple:

I also did mine the cheating way lol.. I just picking out strands opposed to "teasing" through the hair.
