How do i shrink a t-shirt down a size without using a dryer?

i need to shrink a t-shirt down from XXLarge to a Large size.. i do not have access to a dryer at the moment.... any suggestions please...

    If you have a washer then put the shirt in the washer on extra hot water and it should shrink.

    Well I always use a dryer and i don't really know of any other machines that can shrink it so if you have a local laundromat or a friend who has a dryer i would use that because it would probably be the safest thing so your shirt doesn't get ruined

    make it wet and let it air dry in the hot sun

    give it a really hot wash, that should do it
