Man if they are gonna get better they are almost gonna have to pull a "Celtics" and just keep one key guy and get rid of the rest. Shaq needs to go, they need a all-star and young talent in return. A trade for Amare might not even be a bad thing. They just need to start fresh with a bunch a people that believe and want to win. The draft will also help tremendously especially if they could move up
