WHY? Did this happen?

My mate got pregnant even though she was having the injection, and now she has got pregnant again but she has the rod fitted into her arm! I have this also, so does it mean that I stand a chance of becoming pregnant too?

Any contraceptive is not 100% accurate, the injection and rod are 99.1% accurate so to be safer use a condom to.

Grrr, why can't people just use the condom. It PHYSICALLY guarantees that nothing will go through it. The effects of pills, injections or other indirect contraception vary largely between women and you can never know if you've waited the right amount of time or even done it right. I don't even know how a sensible girl's conscience could let a guy let loose there KNOWING that this is the exact stuff that can get you knocked up. If there was a "pill" for your ***, trust me I would have started using it as fast as possible. But their isn't and the very fact that they can't do that should show you that condoms do the job 100 times better.

NO form of contraception is 100% accurate, the only way to NOT EVER get pregnant is to not have sex, When you have sex it is a risk you take, Your friend is extremly unlucky to have that happen twice with two different forms of contraception. Choose a contraception you are comfortable with and also use condoms, otherwise, you can just go with the one form and hope for the best!
