If by "screen name" you mean their Yahoo! ID, that won't help. ("screen name is an AOL term). You would need to know the persons Yahoo! Answers nick name. If it's not something too common (same names can be used by other Y!A users), you can do a Google search for that Y!A nickname ("nickname on yahoo answers). There is no option to search for someone on this site.
