I live about 3 hours from L.A. ( SW arizona )?

and I'm trying to locate a Good place to take my Grandson Sea-shelling, I know it's better in Florida, but California is so much closer,can somebody PLEASE help this nana out,going to California next month..Thank You :) :)

    I think you need to look at a map. You don't say exactly where you live, so I can't figure out how long it would take between you & LA. But if you are near Yuma it's about 4.5 hours (San Diego is 3).

    There are plenty of good beaches in LA. The sea-shelling depends on the tides.

    u should head to san diego, its much closer to arizona, and has better beaches than LA
