Feet Locking - What is the problem?

Sometimes when my feet are cold and the weather is hot, my feet go into spasm.

Any ideas on what this could be?.

    sounds like plantar fascitis due to muscles in the foot that are less flexible due to them being cold.

    Ugh mine do that all the time and it really hurts!, someone told me to eat more salt , more salt on my chips then lol
