Can Wetting Your Horse Down Everyday Hurt Its Skin?
This Summer i Have Been Wetting My Horse Down ( No Soap Just Water ) Every Day When Its Hot. And i Was Wondering If Doing This Could Hurt Or irritate His Skin?

No, just like rain won't hurt the skin. As long as the skin oils are left intact, the water will run off and remove dirt and debris, but not harm skin. Just use a sweat scraper to squeegie the water off, and don't use a surrated curry that brings the water onto the skin surface, and it is fine.

Not at all...make sure to let the legs dry or dry them off yourself! Especially if its hot, i would do it everyday too! It should feel awesome to the horse and u too:)

I hose my horses down on hot days. Some of them really like it. It won't hurt them and will help keep them clean.

Nope! Just remember to let his legs dry off so he doesnt get cracked heels
