Can you put music on one ipod from two different computers?

Okay so my friend has better music on HER computer, and it is a Mac and i would like to put some of that on my ipod but i want it to ALSO transfer into MY library and be able to put songs from my own library onto it too, but my comp. is a PC is that possible?

    yes, it is possible, but don't sync your ipod to your friend's Mac. Once you plug your ipod to your friend's Mac, select manually transfer music, pic to ipod, and you're all set. you can now select the songs that you want from your friend's Mac. But also, do not sync your ipod to your computer, do the same step, you have to manually transfer songs from your computer to your ipod, that is if you have new songs from your itunes library. but i suggest, if you have a flash drive, just copy the songs/mp3 you want from your friend's Mac and transfer it to your computer, this is easier.

    well yeah ut possible i think they just have to have the same u.s.b cord or something but really mac's and pc's should have the same plug for the u.s.b or something... i dont have an ipod so im not sure
