how should i tell her how i feel?

I wouldnt do anything romantic unless you know she feels the same for you. Romance is for couples that really care for each other. I dont think I would want a guy just being all romantic (flowers and love letters) just because he liked me, not knowing how I felt. I wouldnt want him to be hurt so I wouldnt want him to go fast like that. If he came to me and told me he liked me and wanted to take me out and I liked him, then I would agree to date him, but still take it slow. Now, if I didnt like him I would simply tell him that he is a nice guy but I didnt reciprocate those feelings back to him so he could move on. I know this is always easier said than done, but it's not right to lead anyone on and I would never want that to happen to me so I wouldnt do it to anyone else. It's best to be friends and let things happen naturally between the two of you and if there is something there it will happen. I am a true believer in that, but dont put her or yourself in an awkward position with the romance if you dont even know how she feels about you. Sorry to burst your bubble but it's the truth. This is real life and not the movies, so dont try to mimic some movie scene hoping it will all work out. I wish you the best.

The Fourth of July is coming up. I'd suggest taking her to a carnival and maybe going out to dinner b4 the local fireworks display happens. While you're watching the fireworks display tell her how you feel.
