How can A person have wild Animal and it be legal?

Question

We have lots of land and I really want A Camel but i'm not sure on what to do first? and don't say i'm crazy, there are ranches and zoo's
were I live that have wild Animals.

I think if you're a vet or a special handler/trainer, you would be able to breed CERTAIN wild animals. Bit of advice, I have been around camels and trust me, those fukcers are NOT cool. They spit a LOT and have great aim.
